Fruity smoothie bowl
Smoothie instead of muesli! Today we have a delicious smoothie bowl for breakfast. Quick to make, super tasty, full of vitamins and protein. Berry and sweet, the Smoothie Bowl provides a good start to the day or refreshment in between.
Ingredients for your smoothie bowl
- 3-4 frozen bananas
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 100 g frozen raspberries
- 40g Numove Shake Berry Blend
- ¼ cup plant drink of your choice
- Coconut chips and berries for decoration
Instructions for your smoothie bowl
A smoothie bowl is super easy to make and not difficult at all. Here we go:
- Put the frozen berries, the plant drink and the numove powder in a blender. Mix the ingredients together to form a creamy mass.
- You can then decorate your smoothie bowl with toppings of your choice. We chose coconut chips and berries today, but feel free to be creative.
Variation for your smoothie bowl
The beauty of smoothie bowls is their versatility. You can put different fruits or vegetables in the blender and start the day with a different refreshment every morning.
Instead of berries, you can also simply mix peaches, apples, dragon fruit or oranges into your bowl. For the classic " acai smoothie bowl " all you need to do is buy acai powder and put it in the blender.
Fancy a green smoothie bowl ? Then kiwi, some zucchini, matcha or spirulina are the ingredients of your choice.
Do you like something sweeter ? Then add some agave syrup, maple syrup, dried fruit or other sweetener of your choice.
You can also provide plenty of variety with the toppings . How about cashew nuts, chia seeds, a few hemp seeds or crunchy nucao chunks ? It gets particularly filling with oatmeal, granola or some nut butter.
