Green smoothies are an easy way to integrate fresh fruit and vegetables into your daily diet. The green smoothie from @janinaswh with nupro also provides you with a good portion of protein. The banana provides a pleasant sweetness, ginger and lemon juice make the smoothie especially refreshing. The smoothie can then be enjoyed either at home or, if you're in a hurry, from a smoothie cup on the way. Have fun trying it out!
- ½ Banana
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
- 60 g cucumber
- 2-3 tablespoons Nupro Banana
- 1 small piece of ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Optional 1 teaspoon linseed oil (for extra omega-3 fats)
Wash the cucumber and spinach. Peel the banana. Put all ingredients in a blender, add 150 ml water and mix thoroughly until no more pieces are visible.
